Expats in Poland (EIP) has launched its Personal AI Assistant for life in Poland. EIP describes it as “The First Personal AI Assistant for Expats Living in Poland.” The launch was marked by Expats in Poland: The Xperience 1.0 on 26 September 2026 at Brain Embassy Czackiego in Warsaw. The event programme paired a live EIP demonstration with conversations about careers, business and everyday life in Poland.

For people already living in Poland, practical questions rarely arrive one at a time. A new job can raise questions about paperwork. Moving to another city can mean learning different local processes. Healthcare, residence, work and daily life often overlap. EIP gives members a place to start asking those questions and to check the information behind the answers.

At the centre of EIP is Ask EIP, an AI assistant for practical questions about living in Poland. Members can ask about topics such as residence, work, healthcare and public services in plain language. Answers include linked sources when available, so readers can check important details for themselves.

Ask EIP sits within a wider workspace available to members in Poland:

  • EIP Bank keeps answers a member chooses to save. These are dated copies; rules and guidance may change, so their sources should be checked again later.
  • Community Forum gives members a place to read discussions and share experiences of living in Poland.
  • Guides and Support provide published instructions for using EIP and a way to contact the team for help with the service.

The goal is a more useful starting point for the next question, with room for members to verify important information before they act. AI-generated answers can be wrong, and an answer cannot determine an individual's legal or administrative outcome.

Why EIP launched with The Xperience 1.0

The product launch and the event shared a question: how do people find their footing and keep building a life in Poland when their circumstances differ? Technology can help a member find information and revisit an answer. Conversations with other people add perspective from lived experience.

The Xperience 1.0's announced programme brought those two forms of support together. Alongside the EIP demonstration, it set out three conversations about building a career, a business and an everyday life in Poland. The programme also included time for networking.

Tehillah Haruna Ayuba was announced as moderator, with Zaar Mabuto-Oladipo and Kathrin Erni as guests. The theme looked beyond paperwork to language, adaptation, personal growth and the experience of finding your footing in Poland.

These themes helped place the launch in context. The questions people bring to Ask EIP are part of real lives, and there is no single path through them.
